Emergency Food Assistance
Monument Crisis Center provides emergency food service to low-income and at-risk individuals and families in Contra Costa County.
Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
The Food Distributed typically include: canned fruits and/or vegetables, canned tuna and/or chicken, soups, cereal, peanut butter, and when available, fresh produce, eggs, and milk.

Eligibility & Registration
All services at Monument Crisis Center are free for qualifying individuals. Please note that in order to qualify for our food program, you must have a photo ID with your date of birth on your first visit.
The following documents are required by your 2nd visit.
- Photo ID for all adults in your household
- Birth certificates for children in your household
- Proof of address (Ex: PG&E, telephone, or water bill)
- Proof of income or assistance (Ex: check stub, letter of assistance)
In addition to emergency food service and support, we also provide a wide range of services and programming to help low-income individuals.
