​Yolanda Gonzalez has been a dedicated part of the Monument Crisis Center community for over a decade. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors (2024-present) after previously working on staff from 2012 to 2023

Yolanda holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Hayward. Originally raised in Southern California, she remains a loyal Dodgers, Rams, and Lakers fan. She has lived in the Bay Area since 1984.

Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Yolanda enjoys running—having completed 13 marathons—traveling, crafting, volunteering, and spending time with friends over coffee. She is married and the proud mother of two children.
