Elizabeth Harr currently works as a registered nurse for John Muir Health and serves on the board of Monument Crisis Center. She previously worked at Monument Crisis Center as a Resource and Referral Manager, where she assisted individuals and families in accessing community resources and support services.

Elizabeth also served as a Victim Advocate for the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office, supporting victims through the criminal justice process and connecting them with available services.

Elizabeth earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Saint Mary’s College of California and a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from California State University, East Bay. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to healthcare, advocacy, and community service through both her professional and volunteer roles.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with friends and family.
