All personal information submitted to the Monument Crisis Center is used by the Monument Crisis Center alone. We do not sell the information of our donors and volunteers. Information collected by the Monument Crisis Center may include: address, credit card number, e-mail address, telephone number and place of employment.
We restrict access to financial information about donors to those at Monument Crisis Center who process donations. We maintain strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect donor’s personal information.
The Monument Crisis Center uses the contact information of volunteers and donors to send you communications such as e-newsletters, physical newsletters, appeals and invitations to special events. Donor information also may be retained for maintaining a record of the demographics of our donors in order to receive grants and improve our programs. Contact information may be shared with other organizations in cases where the Monument Crisis Center has entered a partnership for the benefit of our programs.

If you make an online donation, your information will NEVER be shared outside Monument Crisis Center. Donations by Mail:
The Monument Crisis Center sends a quarterly newsletter if you are not signed up to receive one via email. We will also send donors our annual Heartfelt save the date, invitation and seasonal appeals. You may opt out of receiving direct mail at any time by calling us at (925) 825-7751.
