Our MottoNo one should have to go hungry! Our HistoryThe Monument Crisis Center opened its doors to the public on August 19th 2003 at 1290 Monument Blvd. Concord, CA. On this memorable day there were 84 families served with an emergency supply of food. Three years later due to its increasing number of clientele and lack of sufficient space, The Monument Crisis Center relocated to its new site at 2350 Monument Blvd. Suite B in Concord. This non-profit organization began as a grass roots effort headed by a small group of concerned citizens in the community. Today, the Monument Crisis Center continues to serve as a food pantry while providing additional programs and support services to meet the growing needs of families in Contra Costa County. Our Mascot
